These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at www.a5econsulting.com (the “Site”), operated by A5E Consulting Private Limited (“A5E,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

These Terms apply to the Site itself. Our provision of consulting services, SAP advisory engagements, or the MIRA product to clients is governed separately by the applicable signed master services agreement, statement of work, or order form, which takes precedence over these Terms for that engagement.

1. Use of the Site

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or any connected network;
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code;

• Impersonate A5E or any of our employees, or misrepresent your affiliation with us;

“A5E,” “MIRA,” and associated logos are trademarks of A5E Consulting Private Limited. No license or right to use these marks is granted by your use of the Site.

3. Forms, Submissions, and Gated Content

Certain content on the Site, including case studies and resources, may require you to submit contact information to access. By submitting information through any form on the Site, you represent that the information provided is accurate. Submission of a form does not create a client relationship or any contractual obligation on A5E’s part unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra, India, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law provides otherwise.
